Article: Does your saddle give you pain?

ENDURANCE TRAINING

Does your saddle give you pain?

Saddle pain can be muscular or come from sores. Sores are sadly a common cycling ailment that can cause discomfort and pain where the body has contact with the bike saddle. They are often characterised by redness, inflammation and sometimes even small, painful bumps.

Saddle sores can be caused by factors such as friction, pressure, moisture or bacterial infections.

Proper bike fit, wearing padded cycling shorts, maintaining good hygiene and taking breaks during long rides can help prevent saddle sores.

OUR ENDURANCE COVERS HELP WITH ALL OF THESE ISSUES and ensure a more comfortable cycling experience.
